I had an excellent experience with Dr. Rory D. Brienen, O.D. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure all questions are answered without ever making you feel rushed. His approach is both careful and conservative, which gives me a great deal of confidence in his recommendations and overall care.
I also want to especially recognize his assistant, Charlotte. She is outstanding — friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She is organized, patient, and genuinely caring, which makes the entire visit smooth and pleasant.
Together, Dr. Brienen and Charlotte make a fantastic team. I highly recommend their practice to anyone looking for professional, honest, and compassionate eye care.
