Best Doc ever!

I was not able.to see Dr. Patel today because I needed to get back home for my daughter. The person at the front desk was able to fit me in for an 8am apptmt on Monday and I was extremely pleased with that! I understand time must be allotted when scheduling apptmts and I will have more time.on Monday so I'm looking forward to seeing Dr. Patel!! Thank you as always! We left feeling stressed and worried as the only information we were given was how to read a food label. Dr. Patel was extremely professional. He took the time to listen to my medical history from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with the amount of questions and tests he performed before starting any kind of treatment. That’s what I’ve been searching for in a Dr. Someone who listens and tries to get to the root cause instead of just prescribing medicines to treat the symptoms.

This is a Dr who truly seems to care about his patients and who listens to them and their needs. I went in for allergy testing and walked out with a possible solution to my issues that wasn't related to allergies but my mental health. Dr. Patel made me actually wish I did have allergies so I could be his patient, as Drs like Dr. Patel are hard to come by. I highly recommend him and his team. They were very kind, walked me through the whole process and went gentle with me. This is a great practice!

Dr Patel was very friendly and professional. He interacted with my daughter and made her feel comfortable being there, she was scared that she was going to get a shot which she didn't. He answered all of my questions and told me exactly what I needed to do to treat my daughter's allergies and tey to keep them from getting any worse. I was very satisfied with the visit.

Everyone at the office is sweet and kind. The only thing I don’t like is when I have a question or problem there is no direct way to talk to a person. I try to use the patient portal and leaving messages but I never know when I will hear back. Last week I left a message on the portal and after no response I called and left a message this morning. Doctor is 5 Star but the office personnel not so much. My appointment was not kept by the office. Office personnel did nothing to advise me. I waited 50 minutes. Went back to desk and they had nothing to say. Did not check with others working behind the front office area. Only thing the did was offer another appointment. Dr Patel has a very pleasant personally and took the time to listen and then explain his plan for me. The staff was just as pleasant and I could tell that they really enjoy their job.

Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly discuss my symptoms, potential triggers, and a course of action. He was attentive, informative, and kind. All of the things you hope a doctor to be.

After I arrived and checked in to receive my Xolair shot, 10 people arrived and were seen before I asked the desk personnel what was going, I was called 5 minutes later.

I truly like Dr. Patel, but I don't like having an appointment at a desinated time, getting called from the waiting room 15 minutes after that time and seeing the Dr. 40-45 minutes after the designated appointment.
