Dr Kim is awesome. Takes time to understand your issues. He also throughly explains any procedure and test results in a manner that a non-medical person can understand! I highly recommend!

He is always helpful. His practice includes nurses that triage calls and track him down when needed.
I have needed to get a message to him urgently a few times. He returhs my calls promptly. One day I need to see urgently in the hopes of avoiding emergency visit. He staff waited for me to come to the office, even though they had finished seeing patients for the day. They took care of my problem preventing an ER visit which would have likely required urologist to come see me in the emergency room anyway. Seeing me at the office was faster and better care.
