Dr Cohen has saved my life twice.the first time he bucked the ins Co. Who wanted me to do a stress test before the catheterization.i went for the Cath the next morning and the surgeon found a 99 ,percent blockage in the r.c.artery.with a blood clot in it.almost certain death if he didn't follow what he knew and sent me to the surgeon without the stress test..since then he has taken care of me including two more surgeries.he is by far the only reason I'm still here.i can't say enough good about him.he would get 10 stars from me if they had it .thx doc your the best.geo g

The overall practice staff included has always been caring snd helpful.

He was offensive, did not listen and told me I had anxiety issues repeatedly. Medical gaslighting. Made me cry and I felt speechless.

Dr Cohen is by far the best there is in my book 14 years ago he diagnosed me in a 30 minute examination as needing to go to the catherization lab for a heart problem. before going the ins.co.wanted me to do a stress test.he would not allow it and the next morning I was found to have a 99 % blockage in the right coronary artery.it also had a blood clot in the artery which likely would have caused a massive heart attack or worse.10 years later he diagnosed another problem in the heart and sent me for a nuclear stress test and found another major problem. against my wishes because I thought I could do a regular stress he insisted on the nuclear instead.i had another surgery shortly after in which they inserted 91 mm of stents in the r.c.artery.that makes twice he saved my life because he knows his business better than anyone else.i am forever grateful for him and his knowledge of the heart .he cares 4 his patients like their family.i feel like a brother. I'm still here thx to you. Geo g

Informative and easy to talk to.

When I was there last time, he diagnosed me with vasovagal syncope. Whenever I was there the other day he acted like he had no idea why I was there. I was talking to him about episodes of dizziness and passing out that I have had and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about!

I really liked this Doctor. My previous Dr Dovnarsky had a great communication ability with his patients. I feel this same connection with Dr Cohen

Dr. Cohen was right to the point. After exam and hearing my issue his findings were given to me in a manner exhibiting confidence w his diagnosis. It was a good experience . I also want to commend the office in providing me w the urgent appointment that I needed as well as the appointment for the echo I had done the following day to provide medical clearance for my surgical procedure in a few days .

Dr. Ron is a fantabulous communicator!! Takes the time to explain the what ifs, why's, why nots, and other options. Not that anyone wants to have surgery, when ai arrived, I was prepared to have him schedule me for a Cath and stint to rectify the current 70% blockage and even though it could be warranted, he explained a slight change in mess would have the same outcome for now. Thank you for a very positive appointment.
