I’m a new patient and I really like Dr Allen. His bedside manner is great. Very friendly and caring.

He was very short with me didn’t listen to my problems put me on the same meds I was already on that I told him I had he hurt my feelings by telling me to lose weight I was not this big and I still had the cough I had cancer lose weight the steroid but the weight back on so I looking for help I was very desperate for help I told him I cost so much that I throw my food up and that I call someone about my chest hurt. He act like he was in a hurry and didn’t have time for me so I had a bad experience. The reception and the nurse was nice

Everything was good but I had to waited over 30 minutes to see Dr. Allen. My appointment was at 1:30 p.m and it was after 2:00 o’clock before they got me in the back to see him.

I don’t feel like I was able to express my symptoms enough and what has been going on. I have a long medical history leading up to my visit, and I wasn’t able to speak those even with persistently trying. Ive seen countless doctors and specialist before coming to ENT. I was in the room with the doctor for maybe 8 minutes. I appreciate the medication and follow up coming up. I just wish I was able to express my experiences and what I have been going through to show the bigger picture of what I’ve been dealing with for years.
