Dr. Ron Michael Adduru was born in the Philippines and raised in Texas. He began his healthcare career as a Trauma/Critical Care Nurse, serving in that role for over a decade. This experience provided him with a strong and diverse foundation in patient care across multiple medical disciplines.
Dr. Adduru earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed an intensive surgical residency in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at the HCA Houston Healthcare West Surgical Residency and Fellowship Program. His training included both conservative and surgical management of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions—from minor forefoot pathologies to complex deformities and traumatic injuries.
Dr. Adduru treats patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult populations, for a broad spectrum of foot and ankle disorders. His clinical interests include bunions, heel pain, ankle sprains and fractures, diabetic wounds, flatfoot deformities, and sports-related injuries.
He is currently Board Qualified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is an active member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Adduru has also contributed to academic research, including a published review and case study on lymphedema, obesity, and failed wound care, featured in the Lower Extremity Review and other medical journals.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Adduru enjoys fishing, hunting, adventure motorcycling, and is currently pursuing flight school.
