Couldn’t give him any higher rating…when I called to schedule an appointment for treatment that he recommended, the person on the phone acted like she was the doctor and wouldn’t schedule without his approval. The staff on the phone acted like they are the doctors!!! If I was just in and told to schedule treatment, why should I wait until the operator on the phone checks with the doctor?
