Dr. Gutierrez seemed friendly enough. But didn't have the greatest bedside manner. My five year old son felt very uncomfortable when during his physical exam he suddenly just pulled down his pants and felt his genitalia without any warning. I saw the shock and horror on the face of a boy who's recently become shy about his body. He was trying to squirm away. I apologized on the doctor's behalf about it but he still didn't even take that cue to apologize himself. Pretty upsetting! =(

Pleasant and kind referred us to eye specialist to care for Mom’s glucoma and ordered the necessary tests to better evaluate her being that she was a new Patient. Gave Mom a flu shot and we were happy with our experience.
