Dr. Rohit Seem, M.D., is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP) with over two decades of clinical experience. Known for his thorough and evidence-based approach, Dr. Seem provides personalized, concierge primary care that prioritizes long-term health outcomes and patient education.
Dr. Seem specializes in comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. He has a particular interest in preventive medicine and the management of chronic conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes.
His concierge practice model is built on the belief that a doctor should be a long-term partner and “teacher” to their patients. By limiting his patient volume, Dr. Seem is able to offer thorough appointments, explaining the “why” behind every recommendation—from lifestyle adjustments to nutritional supplements like Magnesium and Omega-3s. Patients benefit from a modern, responsive care environment that includes direct communication and unhurried visits.

Very knowledgeable takes the time to explain things in detail. Great Practice.
Dr. Seem always takes time to explain lab results not just in a technical way but also what it means for quality of life. I also very much appreciate his willingness to ask me questions and to consider the many factors in my life in helping me achieve better health.
