It HURT! Other than that, he was very professional and told me to get ear drops. I went to ENT for wax in my ears and was partially deaf.
Dr Patel listened to my questions, gave me direct answers, and explained things clearly in a way I could understand. I recommend him for assessing any hearing issues.
