This is my first visit with Dr Patel. He is very gentle and kind. I told him my situation and he explained in detail how it unfolded and how to get me back on track to regain my full scope of my hearing. I truly appreciate Dr. Patel he made my visit a comfortable one.

Listened well and explained course of treatment and future recommendations
Dr Patel was very caring. Listening to my concerns. Offering insight regarding my hearing. Which was wait and see if it deteriorates. Regarding the lump in my neck he stated he wasn't too concerned since there are other swollen nodes. I was advised to tell my GI doctor about his findings.
