Dr Yau has been fantastic and communicated very well during my cancer journey.
He and his team at the surgery have been great.
It was a little challenging at first to get used to another new health portal and a new communication medium using Klara, but once I was used to it communication went smoothly.
Questions I had via klara were passed to Dr yau and team in time and they got back to me within 24 hours.
I strongly strongly recommend Dr Yau and his team going forward. I would try and spend a little time with ne patients to guide them through how the portal and klara works as at first it is a little confusing.
The hospital facilities and staff were also awesome. Clean and modern and efficient.
Than you Dr Yau and team, hopefully my journey will progress well over next six months and I look forward to future appointment
