I was so impressed with Dr Yau and his staff. He took the time to question me and understand my problems and offered a course of action that I can follow. I couldn't ask for more.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Yau and was very pleased with the experience. He was professional, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The staff was friendly and the overall visit was efficient. I left feeling informed and confident about the next steps in my care.

I wish I would’ve been told that I might have a problem controlling my bladder on my way home. It seems like as my bladder filled up. It just ran right out the end of my penis. I had no way of stopping it. That first hour and a half after my procedure I was on my feet the whole time. I had to run to the bathroom every 15 minutes or so because I could feel it coming out. I stopped at a store on my way home and realized here comes get to the bathroom. I didn’t make it. It’s been three hours now since the procedure was finished and I feel like my control is coming back. i’ve been sitting down for an hour and a half, which it’s probably helping the situation. The bottom line is unless I am unusual worn anybody after the procedure that you will lose bladder control for a while because of the numbing gel or whatever may have caused it. But overall, I feel like I was well taken care of. Now I hope I don’t get an UTI.
