Dr. Roger Muse, M.D., FACC, is board-certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Disease. He practices at South Texas Cardiology Specialists in San Antonio and throughout South Texas. Dr. Muse received his medical degree from the University of Kansas in Kansas City, Kansas.
He then went on to join the United States Air Force, where he completed his residency in internal medicine at Wright-Patterson AFB Medical Center in Ohio. He later completed his fellowships in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas.
He considers himself a straight-talking, quality-obsessive, and self-professed blue-collar boy who is proud to be very productive at work and still has the time to spend with his family after hours. Dr. Muse also believes that the key to making patients feel comfortable is the office environment.
