Never smiles. Does not take interest in looking at affected area. Gives bad vibes and seems least interested in his patients. Should have gotten a second opinion before going with this group.

I can’t give you 5 stars because the wait is always long.

I’ve always had a good experience with the doctor but it took me 4 days to get an appointment because of the lack of communication with the office staff. Had to wait 1 hour to be brought to the exam room then 5-8 minutes to see the doctor. I’ve never had that problem before

Dr. Dainer is thorough and knowledgeable. Each patient he cares for he takes seriously and works with the patient on options. Dr Dainer is stellar and i would never go to another orthopedic specialist.

I have had better doctors lets leave it at that and if this guy has anything to do with Doctor Patel in Tracy I would be very careful about this dr. Patel he is a Quack and works for safeway and will lie constantly to you so Dr Patel is a fraud ..

He didn’t seem very involved with explaining other than his standard talking points. Seemed annoyed at my questions, may have just been having a bad day.

Wait times can be ridiculous in Pleasanton. My pain levels were getting worse over the 45 minutes. The chairs are brutal if you have a back condition.

I feel Dr. Roger Dainer, DO is a good doctor because he listen's to what you have to say as his patient, he answer's and explains questions as well as point out the injury on your MIR or X-RAYS so you l have a clear understanding. Dr. Dainer is a kind caring person who dose not rush you out of the office like your just a number, he is very thorough in his approach to help you heal and get better. I'm blessed to have had such a great doctors to care for me. ( IMAGINE ) If all doctor's had this type of ( INTEGRITY ). BLESSINGS I would like to add the front and back office staff are wonderful. Dr. Dainer was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in easy to understand language. Xray technician was well trained and did the job quickly and was patient and easy to understand. The front office staff needs to be trained in professionalism!!
