Dr. Chan was incredible! With that being said, my appointment was scheduled for 3:30, and I was asked to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, which I did. I wasn’t called back until 4:06, received an EKG and then wasn’t seen until 4:40, and didn’t leave until after 5. I think it is kind of ridiculous to be there for two hours just to be told I need an echo, treadmill test and wear a monitor. Dr Chan was very personable and kind and I felt well taken care of, but I cannot be spending 2 hours waiting at this time in my life!!! (Planning wedding, PA school interviews, etc). I understand it was a busy day, but maybe don’t ask your patients to come in 30 minutes early for that matter, I arrived at 2:57 and finished the paperwork at 3:05.
