Dr. Black was very attentive and answered all of my concerns.

Everything went very well. Kerry Ann who is a sweetheart took my vitals and got me ready for Dr Black. I just had one concern and we took care of it quickly. Reason for 3 stars I had to wait a good while. Other than that everything was great

I feel comfortable talking to Dr. Black. She takes time to listen to all of my concerns.

Dr. Black always has a warm greeting for me. She asks if I have concerns or pain anywhere and about my medication. I feel comfortable with my doctor and appreciate her professionalism.

I went for a physical today. Dr. Black only checked my lungs. I just sat in the chair. I did take a EKG. I told her that I wasn't satisfied. She didn't look in my mouth or check my ears. She really didn't do anything. I was upset about this. I'm going to find another Doctor.

The Doctor has been my primary for 3+ years since I moved to Augusta, and she has helped me in many ways. I appreciate!

Dr. Black is always in a hurry when she comes in to see me. I know that she has other patients but I feel that each patient should have adequate time to ask her questions and for her to give ample feedback. Normally, I would not give a review especially a negative review but this lack of patience has occurred on more than one occasion.

I have established an excellent relationship with Dr. Black and find her caring and professional with and added endearing personal touch. It amazes me I have never seen her tired!!

Last visit was good but in the past visits were too rushed and not given enough personal time, also prescriptions were not called in to pharmacy until I called her office the next day. That being said I will continue to use her and like her. Everyone including me makes mistakes. I especially like her staff which are very friendly and professional.

Dr. Black is thorough, personable, and acts like she has all the time in the world. She doesn't rush through my yearly appointment. Another thing I love about this practice is that I can always see a doctor if I really need to. There are so many doctors and convenient hours that, even if Dr. Black is out for some reason, I can always get an appointment to see someone. But she's my favorite. 😊

Dr Black is always helpful a d thorough. She sincerely takes an interest in your concerns. I am pleased to have her as my doctor.

Dr.Black will listen to you for sure but she never spends much time with me. She always seems to rush through my visits. A little bedside manner training might be beneficial. I know a lot of people need help but the person you’re seeing at that very moment is your focus. Spend a little time with the patients. Be personable. Show that you care and I’m not just another face you see.

I must admit in the beginning I was a bit sceptical about placing my trust in a new doctor having to deal with the same issues as a previous doctor.
