This is not personal against the doctor but rather the process of having doctor’s orders processed and sent to the office that has to have the orders before they are able to schedule appointments for routine procedures. They do not follow through and you have to continually follow up. This is the second year in a row I have encountered issues trying to schedule a yearly mammogram.
