Robyn was very good at explaining what was going on and with what I needed to do (with that being said) a month and a half is totally unacceptable to wait for a fallow up on MRI. If you don’t have enough staff and there is a shortage of doctors quit opening it up to every Tom Dick an Harry off the street as a alternative to a ER again not the fault of Robyn I put this on OIP itself.
Very efficient, listen well and addressed my concern.
