I’ve known Dr. Wyker since he came to Raleigh in 1987. He is the most knowledgeable orthopedist in Raleigh and great bedside manner.

Amazing from start to finish (which we aren’t yet) and everything in between …Was on point during the whole process and kept tabs afterwards which is comforting for sure…Grateful!!!

First visit with Dr. Wyker. Found him to be very professional, good patient rapport, considerate and empathetic to Ortho status, gave complete information and options for improved health.
Joining Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in 1987, Dr. Robert Wyker, M.D., has developed his surgical expertise in multiple areas. He specializes in total joint replacement, arthroscopy, shoulder problems and sports medicine. Drawing on his love of sports, he is the Head Team Orthopaedist for North Carolina State University’s athletic department, most particularly the men’s basketball program, and Millbrook High School’s football team throughout his career. He is board certified, a past president of the North Carolina Orthopaedic Association, and a member of multiple orthopaedic societies. He prefers to spend his free time with his wife and four children.
