Joining Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in 1987, Dr. Robert Wyker has developed his surgical expertise in multiple areas. He specializes in total joint replacement, arthroscopy, shoulder problems and sports medicine. Drawing on his love of sports, he is the Head Team Orthopaedist for North Carolina State University’s athletic department, most particularly the men’s basketball program, and Millbrook High School’s football team throughout his career. He is board certified, a past president of the North Carolina Orthopaedic Association, and a member of multiple orthopaedic societies. He prefers to spend his free time with his wife and four children.

Dr Wyker is fantastic as well as his team at RO Outpatient Surgery Clinic!
He is very personable and takes his time to answer questions. I just had surgery and he himself called to check up on me.
Dr Wyker is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon I had a total hip replacement and healed quickly. He was patient listened and explained surgery postoperative as well. Highly recommend
Best there is at joint issue diagnois and treatment. Looks at all options and does not push the surgical option as many in his profession are prone to do.
