Hate that my reverse replacement on my right shoulder did not work as well as I had hoped. After 6 months of PT, I can’t lift my shoulder as high as I expected, and not sure how much better it might get. He’s done my other shoulder with the same surgery as well, and it was remarkable. Believed I would have the same results this time and that has not happened…..

The office was very nice and staff were friendly and excellent but their is a high volume of people in and out which I guess is the reason for my first comment. It means a lot to people when they aren't treated like their at a busy deli counter. I get it though, these Drs. are busy, but some have lost their ability to be personable. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as recommended. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However, I had to wait almost 1-1/2 hours before being called back to see the doctor. When he finally came in, he apologized for the long wait, but did not explain the reason. Once he was in the room with me, he spent less than five minutes discussing my x-rays and the issues I was having. I left a bit confused and with unanswered questions. After reading all the glowing comments about this doctor, I was disappointed in my experiences there today.

He is excellent. He is the best. I am blessed that he is my doctor.

He’s got a very disarming bedside manner. Though it seems like he didn’t take my personal experiences with my severely painful condition into account when rendering what he felt was best for his comfort level as he did robed it. Nor did he give credit to the plethora of information from medical experts, MRI scans, X-rays, and alternative treatments that I’ve had done for over 9 months to avoid this last resort operation of a hip replacement. He suggested I try the same things again despite that not working before. Frankly, he said no he doesn’t “want to and doesn’t feel comfortable treating me”.
