I’ve been a patient for years, but my experience was awful today. I waited two hours, and DrW told me that my prescription was wrong and that’s why I Haven’t been able to see with my 2 pairs of new glasses . Not Dr W fault but technicians fault!

Dr Wertheimer himself is superb ! but his staff is not. It should not take an hour and a half for an exam. One pre-test was overlooked by a tech and had to be done later. Dr. thought eye drops were administered by a tech but they were not, - so another wait for the drops to kick in. The staff mill around , moving patients in and out of waiting rooms like so many pegs on a board. I will not be returning to this practice - TOO BIG AND TOO BUSY AND TOO CONFUSED!
