Dr. Wardlow took the time to explain everything about my procedure and was very thorough, precise and at the same spoke in layman’s terms so that I understood everything he was saying.
Was extremely amazing at making me feel at ease over a potentially awful diagnosis. Highly recommend!!
Lovely Doctor. Explained everything about what I should Do. Very professional but also very kind.
Excellent service!! Great doctor. I would recommend him to my dear friends and family.
Nice enough but initially was late to the appt. A simple I’m so sorry you had to wait would go a long way. Especially when it’s an early AM appt. Also try to ‘couch’ it a little instead of making someone feel like they are wasting your time. Sometimes we don’t know what we don’t know and that’s why we reach out to a professional to confirm - we all have history and acknowledging that this may be something new to you but is perfectly ordinary or common or downright no concern feels better than there’s nothing wrong and making you feel like an idiot for being there.
Very thorough explanation of upcoming procedure, perfect experience.
Very nice, easy to understand and to talk to
