This visit does not reflect any of the visits I have had with my doctor in the past. This was a visit with his Nurse Maggie who from the start did not introduce herself to me. She was unable to scan the medication in the EMR and asked me both times “what should I do?” I thought that was odd since she is the nurse. As an employee of KVH and my experience here with this nurse visit, I was not satisfied and know KVH can do much better.
Super easy to speak with and never makes me uncomfortable! Dr. Wageneck is a great OB and highly suggest for women, like myself, who have struggled with women OBs in the past!

The nurse Andrea was amazing. So kind and welcoming for our first appointment with Rob. Rob is definitely an awesome physician, my family is excited to have him take care of us on this new journey. Andrea and Rob make a great team! 10/10 recommend.

I had a medical emergency in the exam room. Dr Waga ek a d his staff immediately took charge. Ordered an ambulance & went above & beyond to get me & my csr to the ER. They are all the best!
I cannot say enough good things about my procedure with Dr. Wageneck but mostly I just want to say THANK YOU for making a procedure I was extremely nervous for an easy experience with excellent information and great conversation.
I could not have a higher opinion of Dr. Wageneck! He is an amazing provider, so makes the whole office experience feel relaxed.
