Dr. Robert Stchur is known as "the Shoulder Guy." He regularly performs over 400 shoulder surgeries a year. He joined Advanced Orthopedic Center in 2004. Originally from Michigan, he earned his medical degree, with honors, from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed his residency at the University of Michigan. Dr. Stchur also pursued a sports medicine fellowship at the Lake Tahoe Sports Medicine Program. He specializes in arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Dr. Stchur serves as a team orthopedic consultant for the Tampa Bay Rays and team orthopedic surgeon for the Charlotte Stone Crabs. He is a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
In his free time, Dr. Stchur is an avid fisherman and he particularly enjoying spearfishing.

He it's the best he has the best patient doctor personality he is very very knowledgeable I told him I hope to God I didn't have to have surgery he sent me to PT and I tell you what I'm like a healed person now I have done so well and I appreciate him so much he is just the best thank you thank you thank you for Dr sure.

Great Dr seems to have nice personality which is unusual for some surgeons an he's good @ what he does
Listen I don’t due reviews, however Dr. Stchur is “THE BOMB” his bedside manners to die for his personality and smile is contagious. He’s passionate about his patients trust me when I say he love his job PERIOD.
Dr Stchur was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and is super nice and compassionate.
