Very personable and encouraged me to do better with CPaP usage by explaining the risks of not doing so.
Dr. Shellman did an excellent job caring for my son’s asthma. He educated my son in a very fun and interactive way to keep him engaged with the important information my son needed to understand about managing his condition. When we left our appt my son commented on how much he liked Dr. Shellman!!
Most knowledgeable, truthful and genuinely caring Doctor I have ever seen.
Dr. Shellman is very thorough. He is also knowledgeable about many health issues, due to his extensive schooling & training.
He listens and really tries to figure out the best way to treat you. He is a bit of a character, but he knows his a stuff.
Dr. Shellman is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to helping his patients. He is very direct and honest, and while you may not always hear what you want to hear, you can trust that he is telling you the truth and giving you the information you need to make the best decisions for your health. His straightforward approach may not always be easy to hear, but it comes from a place of knowledge, honesty, and a desire to truly help his patients. I appreciate that he doesn’t sugarcoat things and is willing to be real with people, even when the truth may be difficult to hear.
Bed side manner is horrible. Don’t get me wrong I think he is a good and knowledgeable doctor, but is a complete $&!@ in his approach with patients!
