I really enjoyed Dr. Shellman's perspective, direct communication regarding health issues, and his sense of humor. Excellent care provided. He has convinced me to take steps to which no other provider has gotten me to agree- now that's something!

Dr Shellman does great! The staff are slacking quite a bit. They don’t seem to know how to schedule very good. Looked like to many goofing off to me not doing their jobs.

Shellman was more interested in cracking jokes during the entire appointment. When I tried to say something (ask a question or inform him of my situation/updates) it always felt like I was just interrupting him during his comedic routine. I would even say he seemed annoyed by my interruption and had little interest in anything I had to say. There were a few morsels of good information during his performance, but ultimately it was a turnoff and I was unimpressed. He portrayed himself as having all of the answers and left little to no room for me to ask questions or raise concerns. He basically came in, professionally said I was fat, what that does to the body and that I needed to do specific things to remedy the situation and left. All done through his comedy performance.

Very knowledgeable about my issues. Great personality. He didn't rush through my appointment. He actually took his time and covered everything needed. I felt comfortable with Dr Spellman.
