The wait time in his office is awful. Waited 1 hour 30 min to be seen past my appointment time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ruggerios off and on for atleast 15 years. Dr. Ruggerio is an excellent specialist in his field. I swore that I would never have my back nor eyes operated on. Though, because I trust Dr. Ruggerio I am going to get surgery done. I believe that he has the expertise, experience, and intelligence to perform surgery for me. I know that he pays well attention to detail. Which of course, is a very important part of what is needed to be a good back surgeon.

Very informative with my situation I was very pleased with the outcome I will be a long time patient here wish all doctors were like Dr Ruggiero.

I arrived on time for a 9:30 am appointment and had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seen for a follow-up that too less than 5 minutes.
Very friendly and polite.
