Provided outstanding care
I thought Dr. Ruggiero did a good job of listening to my concerns about my back pain and made good suggestions about moving forward with treatment. My only issue in general was that I had to wait 40 mins after my appt time to be taken back and then another 30 minutes before I actually saw the doctor. Since I had to take time off from work and was much later returning, I don’t think you should ever have to wait that long past your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Patients are expected to be on time for appts and I think the medical practice should be held to similar standards.

Waited for 1.5 hours after hour appt time, no apology offered, and it was a waste of an appt. No revelations or helpful hints. Uncaring, unconcerned.
