Dr Ruggiero is great at what he does, however I had a 3:50pm appointment and was not seen until 5:55. That is just unacceptable. If the staff knows they’re running that far behind. They should call the patients and let them know to come in a little later than their time for their appointment.
Dr Ruggerio was very understanding and compassionate, once I finally saw him after waiting four hours. The receptionist, after saying I was all checked in, looked at me for three hours and never said another word until she left and I inquired with the other person asking when she thought I would see the doctor. She seemed not to recognize me in the system and there seemed to be a general lack of communication among the staff as to why I was there. Although Dr.R's recommendations were more conservative than I had hoped for, I respected his advice and will follow his instructions.

I felt at ease during my visit with Ruggiero, Jr! Took his time, polite, explained xray findings to me and discussed further treatments.

Dr. Ruggiero is an excellent surgeon but the waits to be seen in his office are FAR TOO LONG!! My time is important too!!
