From the moment I sat down in the consulting room to departure took only 30 minutes including X-rays on my knee. Super efficient staff and a wonderful doctor with great communication. With the exception of the front desk which should take a class on communication and manners.

Dr. Pivec was a breath of fresh air when he came into the exam room! After discussing the medical history of my left him and studying the new x-ray he agreed that the best option was a Cortisone injection. While preparing the injection, his calming bedside manner took over and I barely felt th were shot. He also recommended continued stretching and strengthening of the abductors and glutes was imperative. He gave me 2 prescriptions for an anti- inflammatory and NSAID and told me I should start feeling better in several days. He has an outstanding personality, gives great medical advice and is definitely an asset to Ortho Arizona.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Pivec. My expectations were high based upon reviews. I am seeing him because I have pain in my knee two years after replacement. He listened well and understood that I needed to know more that the joint was fine. He identified what he believed to be causing the pain. Good news was no surgery.
