The entire staff is excellent. I hate that I need them, but what a great team. They manage their time very well. I have never waited long for my appointment time. The office is so much better than other offices I have used. I am completely happy with my surgery and the recovery. Orthowest group is very lucky to have Dr O'Connell AND his staff. And as to the follow up question, yes I have already recommended this group.

First time seeing Dr. O’Connell and he was great! He was very thorough in examining my son and done a great job at explaining things and his recommended care plan.
