I had an appointment 10:15. I was still waiting until 11:15. I had to leave because my elderly Mother had an appointment that she needed to go to, so therefore I had to leave without ever seeing anyone for my appointment. I understand that they can run behind sometimes. However there shouldn't be any reason that they are behind an hour so early in the morning.
Dr. O’Connell is very good! He is doing my second surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Orthowest, is the best complete facility you will ever need.
Everyone there were super friendly and very helpful!
Dr O'Connell and his staff have been great working with in my time of need! They made me knowledgeable in the process of fixing my broken wrist. Everyone in his office was very nice and pleasant to be around! Thank you and I would definitely recommend his office.
