I was seen by one of the nurse practitioners. She was very attentive to needs and carefully listened to my concerns.

Excellent young lady to explain and answer my questions, wasn’t aware I couldn’t fly for 3 months after surgery. Have family reunion 8 /9 to 8/15 in Minnesota. Planning surgery after the 8–16.

Met with Dr. O'Connell's nurse practitioner who explained clearly the issue with my knee and then provided both a shot and meds for the knee. She was kind and thorough. Greatly appreciated.
