So my appointment was for 10AM and at 10:25 I got in line to inquire about the hold up…After waiting about 10 minutes, I was finally called into a room at 10:40 however the doctor didn’t come in until 10:55. The problem is if I were late 10-15 minutes my appointment would get cancelled as well as me having to pay for the office visit…however when they run/ran late I had to deal with it…. What about the anxiety of me waiting for my test? I also had another appointment that I ended up late for, so it was cancelled and had to be rescheduled…that was a problem!! Not very fair. My time is just as important as their time!! However, the doctor’s bedside manner was absolutely amazing. He asked many questions to help assess and diagnose my pain and issues… The doctor did take the time to explain everything as he was going through the process of the test, which I found to be very reassuring and comforting while going through such a tough time.
Dr. Metzler did my EMG test. He couldn’t be more pleasant & put me ease. It was great to have the test done in the office rather than a hospital or another facility. He gets 5 stars!
