Dr Menuet didn’t seem concerned about my well being. My leg is very painful, bruised and cannot put weight on it. He suspected a blockage but sent me home after schedling an ultra sound on July 10 and 15. This is too long to have to wait and see what’s wrong with me. Not to mention the pain and discomfort I’m feeling. I did not receive any advice on how to care for this condition.

I had an ultrasound of my heart. The technician was courteous and very competent. I only waited about 10 minutes. I was then sent to the 4th floor to see Dr. Menuet and receive the results of the ultrasound. I was called after just a few minutes when a nurse took me to the back and weighed me, took my blood pressure and updated my health history. She was very friendly and so competent. Soon after, Dr. Menuet came in and reviewed my results, answered my questions, and told me when I needed to return.

Since the nurses collect all the information from you prior to your visit, the physicians read the notes prior to seeing the patient. I had several things to discuss but didn’t have the chance. He told me what he would order in testing to find my problems.

However,the nurse that attended to her today was friendly but kind of condescending towards my mother.I felt as if she and the ekg tech were making “fun”of her.With anyone especially the elderly should be treated properly in a doctors office by everyone.Makes me wonder why signs are up about how to treat the staff…. maybe the staff needs to learn how to treat the patients..

Dr. Menuet listened to all of my concerns. He was attentive and thorough. I am confident that he will accurately investigate the cause of my leg pain. In 2009, my mother suffered a heart attack. Dr. Menuet was able to successfully open her 100% blockage of the right coronary artery. We were so grateful! May God bless him as we appreciate him and all in the healthcare workers. Thanks Doc!
