Wow! Dr.McArthur was very detailed. He asked about everything going on with me even though he had it on paper. He throughly looked me over as well as using labs, X-ray and MRI to piece everything together. He then explained everything up to this point and why he doesn’t want to prescribe me any meds until we know exactly what’s going on. He ordered some more lab work as well as x rays on my neck and back! This way we can get a proper diagnosis. I am very pleased!

He has a caring attitude. He was a very patient listener of all health problems, with follow up questions if something might need to be asked for correct diagnosis. Looked at tests sent from my doctor that referred me. Examination was thorough. . Explained his probably diagnosis that would be further evaluated from tests he was doing that day and explained why it was being done. He said he would let me know results later, and I would be called if problems were seen. One of the best doctors I have ever seen in my life! He is an expert in his field. Thank you Dr MacArthur.

Having a person check all of their information online when online check in, then fill out that same information on paper when you come in, then be asked again those same questions by the nurse when you get back into the room is overkill! Please figure out a way to streamline that.
