He’s awesome!
Pretty thorough initial appointment. Thorough eval, and a plan moving forward.
Dr. Matthias explains everything very thoroughly. He is a very compassionate and caring physician. Wish I found him sooner.
Dr. Matthias was very helpful in keeping me informed about what he was going to do and that went a long way in helping me understand and feel more comfortable with everything that was going on. He showed patience following the removal of the skin cancer, making sure the lab results confirmed that he had gotten all the cancer before proceeding with the skin graft. Both surgeries went extremely well. If I should ever need similar surgery again, I would be happy to have him perform it.
Dr. Matthias was thoughtful and thorough. He made me feel right at ease and reassured me that I would be able to maintain normal function with my hand if I followed his recommendations.
He is the best! He has done surgery on both my wrist and my daughter. Excellent bedside manner and takes time to explain everything.
I had previously seen him at UF for problems in both of my hands in 2022. I recently needed to see him again to be Revaluated for surgery,, so I followed him to Florida Orthopedic Institute. He's a great Doctor( A+) and nice person with the right kind of people skills.
Dr Matthias always makes you feel comfortable. He has one of the best bedside manners. He knowledgeable, confident and caring. He was my surgeon for one arthritic thumb and it works better than ever. Still see him two years later for my other thumb.
Dr. Matthias is a talented physician. He provides his patients with so much time and compassionate care. Very thankful.
