Initially we took our son to Dr. Matthias for a second opinion but it quickly became apparent that we should’ve taken our son to see him FIRST. Dr. Matthias has an excellent bedside manner and provided professional, compassionate, personalized care to our 13 year old son who ended up needing to have an ORIF to correct a malunion of a previously healed fracture. Dr. Matthias and his office staff (in addition to the staff at the North Florida Surgical Pavilion) provided top notch service to our family and were so easy to deal with. Highly recommend him and his practice for any orthopaedic issues you may have.

Wonderful staff. Hardly any time to wait. Wish I'd known before I got my hip surgeries.
