Dr Lins deserves five stars without any question. He is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and addressed my concerns with care. The reason I’m giving this review three stars is because his facility is extremely overcrowded so it makes me think the scheduling system is really bad. 75 minutes waiting to see any doctor is unacceptable (and my appointment was at 8:45am so he couldn’t be that late) and this seems to be the rule at the practice, since it’s the third time it happened. I didn’t write any bad reviews before but I think this time it was really necessary.
