Dr Julian has significant communication challenges. He and his staff fumbled my case from assessing psa scores, a follow up test and recommendations for response to my cancer. He flipped through my chart and did seem to have an understanding of my case. For example I have heart disease but he recommended surgery knowing this is risky given my injection ratio. Lastly his attitude was flippant.

Did not explain much of what he was doing or what he found. I had to pry information out of him. Poor bedside manner. Not very compassionate. Gave medication I had told him I was allergic to.

Overall, my experience with Urology Associates suggests a Practice that is more interested in making money than providing decent service. Insurance billed twice; billed for service not rendered. Sadly, MD never really was interested in my situation. Instead, he used the urological 'score' and list or predetermined 'complaint' categories from the check in app rather than actually listening to me. I had high hopes for the relationship, however, it was a waste of time.
