He also teaches surgeons various procedures, ranging from robotics to the most advanced minimally invasive techniques for back pain.
His passion for this field was ignited by his mother's personal experience with spinal injuries, which limited her from doing what she loved. He believes that with advancements in medicine, he has the privilege to help people in similar situations.
Dr. Johnson believes his goal as a physician is not only to help patients obtain relief from their ailments but to help keep them doing what they love, whether that's playing with their grandchildren or being a high-level athlete.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Johnson loves to spend time with his wife, Tiffany, and their three children. He enjoys restoring cars and trucks and loves cycling, all water activities (waterskiing, boating, wakeboarding, etc.), and hunting.
