Everyone today was so professional and reassuring. I appreciated each one of you who had a part in my care. Thank you Dr. Ponec for your clear explanation following my procedure, to the anesthetist and several others who took time and care with me prior to and after the procedure. You are all very good conversationalists, (is that even a word??) and put people at ease.
