Dr. Robert Hurford, Jr. is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in spine surgery. Dr. Hurford received his medical degree from Harvard University in Boston, MA., where he also completed the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program. He then went on to complete a spine surgery fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.

First time meeting the Dr and they say your first impression is the best. Dr Hurford was very patient with my husband discussed all kind of options and agreed with our decision. I happy I was recommended to see him. Thank you and looking forward to a lot more visits with you God bless
I’ll have to reserve My opinion until I see if he orders PT that will help my problem! I was hoping he would order a collar for my neck. But I’m not the Dr!

Excellent at explaining problems and potential solutions for the pain in my back. Compassionate, kind and clear.
Listened to me. And showed me what was wrong. And started treatment.
I put this because 2 hours passed my appointment time I still had not seen the doctor. I had to leave without being seen because my husband is disabled and his sitter had to leave at 2. I went to the desk and advised of this an hour passed my appt. And still waited another hour and was not seen.
Dr Hurford listened to my concerns. Explained what he saw on the X-rays I laymen terms and made some recommendations for next steps. Very pleased.
