Dr. Hurford is a competent professional. he is patient and never rushes me. he takes time to answer my questions.
Efficient
Dr Hurford made me feel comfortable, by sitting at my level and chatting about my lower back. He also allowed my dear friend, a registered nurse to be on speaker to join in our conversation.
He was nice and explained my options
I felt as if the DR. already had him mind made up on my condition. He didn't want to qualify my systems as a real concern. Pretty much got the impression that we're done.
Gave no information about what is happening with me no prognosis I left no better off then when I walked in in pain and defeated
NO COMPLAINTS, VERY PROFESSIONAL
Felt he just didn’t share enough information about my condition. I left there thinking I will never be out of pain. Get another injection he say. So now you go to another person and pay them a specialty co pay only to schedule another procedure appointment. It’s a racket. When you go to a specialist you expect more answers. Very disappointing. .
Understanding, cares about your pain, empathizes. He explains so that I comply understand. Quick scheduling too! Pleasant appointment, thank you!!
First time visit for back problems. Very informative and to the point.
