This young Physician is a fine example of a doctor! He listens, he asks questions and he informs you of what course of action he will take and why! Sure beats Dr. Blessy at SH Medical group or Dr. Mcleod at Alabama Medical group. Blessy was a arogant a$$ and Mcleod basically incompetent and I attribute her actions liable for my having a stroke! Two thumbs up for Dr. Robert Helm! Great physician!

Dr. Helm was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After attending Jesuit High School, he attended Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
Following his undergraduate studies, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He then completed his internship and Urology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Helm is a proud member of numerous medical societies including the American Urological Association, the Southeastern Section of the AUA where he won the T. Leon Howard Competition, Medical Society of Mobile County, and Medical Association of the State of Alabama.
Dr. Helm is excited to be practicing in Mobile and to be a part of the community.
