Robert F Hays, MD

Dr. Robert F. Hays, M.D., has over 12 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree, went to medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and completed residency in family practice and obstetrics from MCMERF in Waco. Dr. Hays grew up in Llano, TX and after completion of his residency joined the Scott & White medical system. He quickly learned that his passion for providing family medicine to a community was best suited to the Medina Healthcare System, and he and his family moved to Medina County in 2015. When not practicing medicine, you will find Dr. Hays and his family, wife Katie, and children Zoe and Emily, on an adventure somewhere, be it skiing, camping, or spending time near some form of water; they are always out for an adventure.

Dr. Hays’ area of expertise is family medicine he is credentialed with most insurance carriers. He enjoys the continuity of care he can provide to patients at all ages. Dr. Hays sees patients at the Medical Clinic of Castroville Monday - Friday.
