Talked over me and talked down to me the entire time. Couldn’t be bothered to listen to anything I had to say. Begged him to do more testing since I’ve had several abnormal results and no actual diagnosis or effective treatment. Told me my symptoms weren’t “that bad”.
Meanwhile my symptoms are excruciating, worsening year after year, and greatly limiting my quality of life. Told me to read some book that he said he didn’t have time to read, but apparently he thinks I do. Referred me to a PT in Encinitas. I’ve done visceral PT and have to pay out of pocket but it’s much closer to my home. I told him I am desperate, and am considering going to a private practice doctor who offers comprehensive testing, but I will have to pay out of pocket and I’ve spent a lot of money on doctor’s bills already. He didn’t seem to care about my sense of urgency/despair. He said “You can do that if you want to”. Didn’t know I needed this guy’s permission. I just said ok and left. Waste of time and money.
