Dr. Robert German tries to advise his patients as if they were members of his own family. He understands patients may be dealing with anxiety and concern, so it is important to help put them at ease and guide them through the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation process. Dr. German also realizes everyone's goals and expectations are different, so he often encourages a second opinion to solidify confidence in their proposed plan of care. His empathy for patients stems from a torn ACL in college. The injury inspired him to direct his interest in math and science toward a career in orthopedics. Dr. German is married and shares his love for sports with his kids, who are active athletes as well.

Very nice he explained more to me than anyone has about what is going on .
Always a pleasure
I am so thankful for Dr German. My knee feels wonderful and my scar is so tiny!
He is so kind and excellent bed side manner. No one would be unhappy with him, even the worst critic. Medically Dr. German and Jeff Walter have done both my knee replacements and I couldn’t ask for a better job, have had no issues
I love going to Dr German! I appreciate all the kindness!

He was great! My son understood exactly what to do and made him feel better about his injury. Thank you
A very through exam and options explained. And he is most pleasant! I highly recommend.
Showed compassion. Explained the process well. He did not rush but took time to answer my questions and concerns.
Dr. German is always personable, he listens and has my best interest at heart.
