Robert F. Matlock, M.D. FAAOS

Board-certified, Dr. Robert F. Matlock, M.D. specializes in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions in adolescents and adults, giving patients both surgical and non-surgical options.

Dr. Matlock enjoys working with athletes and helping them overcome an injury or condition quickly, and safely. He also has extensive experience in treating injured workers and helping them return to their prior level of function.

Dr. Matlock works closely with patients to help them understand their condition and treatment options. For better outcomes, he encourages patients to contribute to their care and share in the decision-making process.

When possible, Dr. Matlock uses non-invasive treatments, such as physical therapy, injections, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections before considering surgery.
