I had a positive experience with Dr. Drennan during my first few visits. He appeared genuinely invested in his patients’ well-being and was genuinely concerned about their concerns. However, my recent appointment left me feeling disheartened. It seemed as though Dr. Drennan was not actively listening to my concerns and was somewhat dismissive of them. The person who came before him, or perhaps his PA, was particularly insensitive. While she may have intended to be friendly, her behavior was so over-the-top that it made me feel like she was making light of my concerns. I feel that I wasted my time with this appointment. Although they are the experts, I am certain they possess the knowledge and experience to address my issues effectively. However, the overall demeanor of the medical staff made me feel worse than I did when I first arrived. Essentially, Dr. Drennan advised me to consult my primary care doctor.
He’s the best, truly the absolute best!!
