Dr Drennan is a very caring and thorough physician. He listens and engages with you without a computer in the room! Rare these days. He never makes you feel hurried and he makes sure that all of your questions get answered and your problems get addressed. Highly recommended!

Dr. Robert Drennan is an electrophysiologist with CIS in Baton Rouge and Zachary. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry, at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. He earned his doctorate of medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina. He completed a residency in internal medicine from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He also completed both his cardiology and electrophysiology fellowship at the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Drennan is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology, nuclear cardiology and clinical electrophysiology. He previously worked at Touro Infirmary, and he also worked as a lab assistant at the Medical University of South Carolina and at the College of Charleston.
