It was my first appt with Dr Claflin and I think it went great. I was very comfortable talking to him about why I was there & and my intense history. He was very kind and set me up for future appointments and I am so pleased that I have a doctor that is proactive not only finding the help you need but setting you up with an appointment immediately. It is sometimes to much work for a depressed person to call around looking for a therapist to find out they are booked and to call another that doesn’t take your insurance. That’s not a good job to give to a depressed person. So I will happily say I am very impressed with how the new office so far with my first visit. I have a talk therapy and a physical therapy appt set up for next week already and that already makes me so much happier. I finally found some help. That’s hard to find these days!!! TYSM!!! ~Laurie K
