I feel like Dr Cercek is a Dr' who has a lasting affect on people. He speaks with confidence not arrogance,and has a great bedside manner. He helped with my anxiety and assured me that I was making the right decision.He told me what was going to happen durning surgery and what my recovery would be.i thank you very much Dr Cercek. For your confidence and your honesty. I would most definitely recommend you to any of my family or friends

Dr. Robert M. Cercek is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in primary and revision joint arthroplasty of the hip and knee. He has trained in the field of computer-assisted and robotic joint replacement, featuring MAKOplasty®, performing both hip and knee replacements.
Dr. Cercek joins our practice after receiving his fellowship training at The CORE Institute with Dr. David Jacofsky. Previously, Dr. Cercek completed his residency program in orthopedic surgery that began at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and was completed at the University of Arkansas after Hurricane Katrina. Prior to that Dr. Cercek attended the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and the Arts where he earned his bachelor’s with distinction in cellular and molecular biology. Dr. Cercek followed up his undergraduate degree with a master’s of public health degree in human nutrition from the University Of Michigan School Of Public Health and attended Wayne State University School of Medicine to obtain his doctor of medicine degree.
Dr. Cercek is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society and in 1999 was honored by being named to the National Dean’s List and as the Human Nutrition program Outstanding Student.
