After having waited for 40 minutes and having the pictures of the back of the eyes taken, I found out I was not a candidate for the retina specialist. I never asked for an appointment with the retina specialist! I have described in detail what my eye issue was and that I needed a second opinion from an ophthalmologist. I was late for work and had to use PTO for nothing.

First time being treated by Dr. C. Give him high marks. High marks to Dr. O as well for making sure I was quickly scheduled with retina specialist. Had appt with Dr. O on a Mid-afternoon Friday and saw Dr. Carroll first appt on Monday.. i didn’t think my issue was urgent but very glad she and Dr. Carroll treated it that way. (They knew better !)
