Dr. Robert was professional, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough after reading my X-rays on my thumbs. He explained everything in detail even if I have to have surgery on my thumbs in the future. He was amazing and I have been recommending him already to my coworkers! From the time I called to make my appointment I was pleased with Tidewater Orthopedics. The receptionist when I entered was very pleasant and professional and when I left the other receptionist very pleasant and professional as well. Kudos to the X-ray tech also she made feel very comfortable and she helped me with the position of my hands. I was very pleased with my first appointment at Tidewater Orthopedic Clinic in Harborview. Keep up the excellent service.

Dr. Mason was very thorough. We reviewed the latest x-ray together and he pointed the injury and the current diagnosis. He examine my hand in different locations. He explained my options. I appreciate his honesty about the surgical option. He administered an injection in my wrist. He also booked an appointment with his PA to follow up on how I fared with the injection. Dr Mason is a true professional in every sense of the word.
