I was pleasantly surprised with the actual visit but the wait time was a bit annoying. It was a hour after my arrival before I saw the doctor. Unfortunately, this seems to be the new norm.

Dr Mason and his team were extremely quick but very thorough. They consulted with our daughter to see what happened, completed a set of xrays, and got her in a cast within 30 minutes. The doctor was also on time for our appointment and had a great bedside manners by showing compassion and asking her about her sport.

Excellent bedside manner. Dr Mason explained the procedure with knowledge and level of confidence that kept me unable to say no. Upon completion everything was just as he had described. He was even concerned when I began to tear up out of fear. As I always do when it comes to a needle. Would definitely refer him to family and friends. Thank you so much Dr Mason.
Took his time explained all options and answered all my questions! Appointment didn't feel rushed!
