Dr. Mason gave me a clear diagnosis and explained options. I appreciated his depth of knowledge and the fact that even in the midst of a very busy day, he was present while in the room.

Very dismissive, doesn’t take my injury serious. He basically told me that he seen other individuals with the same injury that I have and they don’t even notice that they’re injured. He also told me that the pain that I’m experiencing doesn’t match my MRI results. He basically told me that he’s seen other individuals with the same injury that I have and they don’t even notice that they are injured. It wasn’t until I gave him pushback where he said that I would be able to do more physical therapy and a few other treatments for my shoulder mind you I’ve been dealing with this injury since December 2024. There has been no relief no pain management nothing
