Dr. Bents is an extremely skilled orthopedic surgeon. I can tell that he really cares and he has a warm bedside manner. Unfortunately I've needed his skills twice recently. First my shoulder then my knee. Both outcomes were the best they could possibly be. I'm definitely on the mend and I would recommend Dr. Bents to anyone needing Orthopedic intervention.
Dr. Bents is amazing and very attentive to his patients.
I was rushed through my appointment. I was still trying to digest the information I was given when it was decided they were going to give me a cortisone shot. Before I knew it the shot was given and everyone had left the room. I sat there wondering what just happened. I felt Dr. Bents his bedside manner could use some help. Just because I'm overweight does not mean that I should be made to feel like my pain is made up or of lesser importance then someone who is fit. I left the office feeling worse then when I came in.
Dr Bents listened to my concerns and explained what he thought was goung on with my shoulder. We decided on a PRP injection and possibly PT to get my shoulder area healed up.
Easy to talk to and professional.
Excellent surgeon. I felt very safe and secure with him performing surgery on my wrist for carpal tunnel. Even his medical assistance were professionals and I felt safe with them too.
Took time to tell about the procedure and process for shoulder surgery. Wish we would have looked at the scans and showed me what was bad/deteriorated.
Top notch person and Doctor!
Very compassionate and caring
