Did a great surgery but could be a little more understanding of your pain! He sort of acted like he did not care and that was the way it is. Seems like there are other solutions other than pain meds to relieve the pain.

I was given an Appt date on Jan 9 however when I called on Jan 15 I was told I had No appt There was confusion on the office staff scheduling my appt Upon confirming my appt I was told I was not in the system First office staff had spelled my name wrong & wrong birthdate It took several calls to Dr Sylvester’s nurse to clear this up This was very frustrating

Robert Baltera was not bad at all ! but his colleague. Treated me like I was a liar very aggressive. Talked over me and caused me anxiety. She needs to think about her approach. She needs to do better.

He was nice, but i felt like I was just being ran thru there, I went for a shoulder issue and ended up being told I need Carpel tunnel surgery..which isn't under workmans comp. Just felt like they didn't do much for the shoulder and ruptured bicep t

Upset that my comments during the post-op exam were not correctly reflected in the information the Dr. typed up for workman’s comp; additionally, it was obvious the post-op conversation was influenced/ guided by the representative handling my case.
