Extremely knowledgeable & professional

Dr. Baird is always kind and asks about pain in my knees. He also reminds me that we can do shots as long as they provide relief.
My visit with Dr. BAIRD was very disappointing. He was negative and condensending. The appointment was supposed to be to provide medical advice on my left hip/upper thigh because I think I pulled a muscle but was looking to Dr BAIRD to diagnose, instead he focused on my right knee/leg and told me he could not see me for either leg because I would need to see Dr Terral with Gulf Ortho. After stating that he could not see me for either leg, he went on to tell me that there was no hope of any treatment for my right leg except for an above the knee amputation which he said without any compassion or sympathy. In the past, I went to doctor to get treatment for the medical issue which I had described to nurse, at the very least some advice about the reason I made appointment. I left feeling immensely worse and emotionally devastated. When I arrived I wanted to get a diagnosis for left leg but now will have to make an additional Dr appointment with a caring doctor which follows Dr oath.
