And, or refused treatment (s) or being seen at your facility, because of my experience, that I was asked by your facility to complete. My expectations are not high or unheard of, when it involves the care and courteousness at your facility. Especially, when I chose your business to patronize, out of all the many competitors out there. Being courteous and me reciprocating, along with at least showing interest in me as if you really appreciates my business, that’s all. It’s kinda hard to patronize a business, be mistreated and or the feel of you patronizing a business, and they don’t show in interest in at least being appreciative! Pardon any and all grammatical errors, I was trying on my cell phone, on a small screen, and I didn’t want to rehash my experience, by proofreading it!

I paid $208 in order to see the doctor! He advised due to the guided steroid shot from 2 weeks ago that I cannot have surgery on my hip for 3 months. If this is common knowledge why wasn’t my appt. to discuss hip surgery scheduled closer to when I would be able to have the surgery? Now Dr. Baird wants me back in 6 weeks! Why? I still can’t have surgery for 4 weeks after that appt. Seems like it’s costing me a lot for little in return! I may need to go somewhere else for a second opinion!

I feel Dr. Baird just looked at me and saw an over weight woman. He didn’t really examine my knee. I can’t walk much with my knee this way. Exercise is really the only way I can lose weight. I might be able to lose 5 to 10 pounds, but the last time I lost more than that it took about 9 months. My knee is in too bad of shape to go that long. I thought I’d be back on my feet and able to live a normal life again by summer. My life has been on hole since I twisted my knee months ago. And I gained 5 pounds not being active. If I can loose 5 to 10 pound in a few weeks I’ll make another appointment, because my knee needs to be replaced. I hate not being active. Thank you, Linda Nowosielski

Dr Baird recently did my knee replacement surgery! He’s the best!

He told me the truth about what I need to do before a hip replacement. However when I told him I was a saboxone patient who had been on the medication at a very low dose for 4 milligrams for 14 years he balked. I was honest and up front with him and it is clear to me he may have had bad experiences with patients who are on this medication. I have had several surgeries and have done well getting off saboxone for 3 days as required. I would not trust him to manage my pain after surgery. He clearly has no understanding of saboxone patients who tell the truth. He and other Drs need to be educated regarding this medication and treatment of patients who are on it

Dr Baird performed replacement of my right knee 3 months ago — my right left knee had been replaced 15 years ago. This later procedure and recovery was very successful. Dr. Baird saw my husband & myself today at the same time, my appt. was at 1:40 & my husbands was at 1:50. We both had X-rays, & he answered all of our questions. I had a successful total knee surgery by Dr. Baird July 2016 and it's as good as new!

Not pushy about surgery.

I was told he did anterior hip surgery, which is why I made an appointment with him. Got to my appointment to fine out from him, that he doesn't. I was truly disappointed, but don't hold that against him. He was kind, and listened to my concerns.
