Very professional.
I only saw Dr Follweiler in the hallway. We exchanged Happy New Year greetings. I told him that his PA, Colin was great, he gave me 3 cortisone injections, L hand & both shoulders.

He takes time to talk to me and explain anything I ask. He does not dismiss any symptoms or pain, or explain it away as old age. He wants me to heal
