Always a pleasant visit. Love eye contact. Listens and goes over questions, answers and explanations and even his expectations.

We waited for almost an hour after our scheduled time for the doctor. And we were there early as requested so the total wait time was an hour and 15 minutes, with an early morning appt. He was nice but never even acknowledged the long wait.

Dr. MacCloud has done a great job of taking care of me. He always takes time to answer my questions and explain things. My knee felt better the day of the surgery than it had been for months before it. It feels great a few months in.

Dr. MacLeod listened to what I was experiencing, talked through and addressed the symptoms for which I was there and the concerns I was having. Recommended potential paths to hopefully resolve said symptoms and listened to my feedback and preferences to the recommendations. Felt like I was in good hands with an experienced professional.

Very professional and informative on where I am in my progress.

Since this is workers comp. I feel I am totally getting run around and shafted. I get no help from him. I have seen my MRI and torn muscle. He says nothing. Broken bone since 7/6/23 and still in Pain. Seems like he works for workers comp and not Ozark Ortho. I have since had to hire an attorney. Not to mention they new him and the workers comp lady by name. Awful fishy. This is Just my Opinion and No one else's. I requested a scope and I guess denied?

Didn't listen to ALL concerns (even though all were mentioned when booking appointment),spent less than 5mins w us( that's generous), didn't fully examine child, very short with answers just gave piece of paper to say what it was and only after being asked to make referral to children's agreed to send one. Very UNHAPPY, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WONT RECOMMEND OR RETURN!!!!!

Excellent dr. However, he didn't tell me what to expect after the injection to the knee. It swelled up and was very painful to walk on for 2 days. Would have liked to have been prepared for that.
